Jeanne Shadle
Jeanne Shadle is a native Texan, originally from Houston. She has been involved in some aspect of the
"travel industry" since 1979.
Jeanne has a Bachelor of Music Education from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville,
TX with an all level teaching certification. She even taught elementary school music (K-6) one year while continuing to
work at Houston's Hobby Airport on the weekends with several commuters at the ticket counter.
Jeanne moved to Dallas for 16 years and worked for Muse Air/TranStar and Southwest Airlines before going back to being
a "Travel Consultant". She has worked as a corporate and leisure agent.
Jeanne really enjoyed her 5 1/2 years onsite
with 7-Eleven Inc where she coordinated group travel and did extensive international and VIP travel arrangements.
She then moved to a Quality Control position for 3 years.
Jeanne moved to San Antonio 2 years ago as a Call Center
Supervisor with Travelocity Business where she managed the ticketing team and 25 agents. She came to CTP in March 2007
to help with online support. With her "people person attitude" and propensity for great customer service combined with
her travel knowledge, Jeanne is now in her element onsite working with Tesoro for CTP.
Jeanne still loves to sing and
is an active member singing with the Praise Team and choir at The Fellowship of San Antonio.
She enjoys "dog-sitting", reading, traveling and meeting new people.
